✓ This home is cleaned and sanitized with an O3 air purifier that sterilizes and deodorizes the home. Not only will it look clean but will smell clean and not like marijuana after. This home has been fully renovated with all new tile throughout the entire home, appliances, light fixtures and an in-home theater!

The home is one side of a triplex and at the end of a dead end so it has very few neighbors.

Please keep in mind the property is in a triplex with other guests staying overnight. Noise, including surround sound system volume, will need to be throttled after certain hours. Instructions for this will be left in the home.

All smoking accessories will only be available to guests over the age of 21.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
